Элитный поселок Akbulak Club - это курорт мирового класса, предназначенный для обслуживания элиты казахского общества. Курорт состоит из 1950 жилых единиц и развитой общественной зоны. Общность архитектурного дизайна жилой части проекта реализована использование двух контрастных стилей: традиционного и ультрасовременного.
